Where is the site?  The site is located at 1108 Sutter Street in Folsom.  We recommend you sign up for one of our monthly tours, because the site was mined, and it is difficult to understand it without a guide.  For more information and photos, visit The Location page.

What are the home prices?   Our target prices are $250 per square foot.  For a 1000 s.f. home, that would be $250,000.  For more information, visit the Site Plan & Floor Plans page. 

How many homes will there be?  We are planning a total of 38 homes, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.

When can I move in?  We submitted our application to the City of Folsom on August 10, 2010.  The land is owned by D & S Development, an award-winning Sacramento developer (www.dandsdev.com ).  We have an agreement with them to develop the land for Folsom EcoHousing.  We hope to have the project approved by November 2011.  We'd like to start construction in Summer 2012, with a projected move-in date of early 2014.
