Becoming a member of Folsom EcoHousing
Becoming a member is a self-selecting process. We allow people as much time as they need in order to decide whether or not cohousing is right for them at this time in their lives. We provide opportunities to explore the idea and get to know current members of the group.
In general, it seems that people who sign on for the cohousing adventure are willing and able to flow with changing tides, trust their collaborators, and bring their personal best to the process. The first step is to satisfy your curiosity. Call us and we can answer whatever questions you have, and come meet us at one of our social events. We recommend that you start as an Associate Member and then become an Equity Member after you have gotten to know us.
We welcome new members who share our vision and want to participate in creating our community. Simply fill out the Preference Survey (Word version or PDF version) and join us at our next monthly potluck meeting.
